The information, software, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In particular,  Stellar Tourism LLC do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the hotel, air, cruise, car and other travel products displayed on this website (including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.), much of which information is provided by the respective suppliers. Prices are not valid until purchased, and in addition, Stellar Tourism LLC expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or, at your option, we will cancel your reservation without penalty

Terms and Conditions of Booking

Our quotation system accesses both live pricing and static pricing depending upon the supplier. It is not uncommon for suppliers (e.g. Airlines, Cruise Liners and Hotels) to sell out, alter or withdraw prices including advertised special rates. If prices, rates or inclusions vary from your quotation or from an advertised price, we will advise you of any change prior to your booking request and any transaction being processed. If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

1. Payment

The payment would have to be made in full at the time of making the booking and we reserve the rights to cancel the booking if the full payment has not been received 2 days prior to the commencement of the activity. 

2. Service
We are entitled to cancel or omit any part of an activity without notice at our sole discretion. This in particular may be due to the nature of activities chosen. Cancellations may result due to factors beyond our or our suppliers' control, such as the weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions and other events of force majeure. In such events a full or partial refund may be given at our discretion. 

3.Refund Policy

Refunds may not be processed after the purchase of timed tickets (such as Burj Khalifa Timed Tickets, Train Tickets, etc.) and visa charges along with airline tickets. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment. 

4. Liability

You understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain of the Activities. You take responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in the particular Activity.

Where we offer Activities provided by third parties, or issue you with a voucher entitling you to a ticket for an event, we act only as an agent for the operator of the activity concerned or the organizers of that event. The terms and conditions of the operator of the Activity or organizer of the event will apply to you and any refund will be subject to those terms and conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the Activities opted for. All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the Activity. 

5. Privacy

6. Disputes

In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law. 

If any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions. Any failure by us to act in relation to a breach by you or any other user’s breach on any occasion of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of our right to act in relation to future or similar breaches.
